Java Backend Lead Developer

The Java Backend Lead Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems using Java technologies. This role combines hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality software delivery and guiding a team of developers., * Designs and develop enterprise-grade, high-volume backend systems using Java/JEE and related technologies.

• Oversee the full development lifecycle?requirement gathering, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Provides technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to a team of developers.
• Architects and integrates RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend interfaces with databases, caching, and messaging systems.
• Ensures code quality and reliability through best practices like Test?Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps integration.

• Core Java (OOP, collections, multithreading)
• Spring Framework: Spring Batch, Spring Boot, MVC, Security, Data/JPA
• ORM frameworks: Hibernate, JPA
• RESTful APIs design & documentation
