Job description
A Test Architect with AI experience is responsible for defining and governing the overall quality engineering strategy, with a strong focus on AI-driven testing, intelligent automation, and modern test platforms. The role blends deep testing expertise, architecture thinking, and applied AI/ML knowledge to build scalable, efficient, and future-ready test ecosystems., * Define and own end-to-end test strategy aligned with business goals, delivery models (Agile, SAFe, Hybrid), and risk profiles.
- Design test architecture covering functional, automation, performance, security, data, and compliance testing.
- Act as a quality transformation consultant to senior stakeholders, influencing roadmap and release decisions using data-driven insights.
- Drive continuous improvement, including shift-left/shift-right practices and adoption of AI-assisted testing and automation.
- Establish quality governance, metrics, and quality gates across the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
- Partner with Directors to translate strategy into executable test operating models.
- Provide leadership to ensure consistent execution across teams.
- Identify quality risks early and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
Requirements
Do you have experience in UI?, * 15 years of experience in software testing / quality engineering, with 5+ years in a Test Architect or Test Strategy role.
- Proven experience defining and executing enterprise-scale test strategies.
- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based delivery models.
- Experience with modern test automation frameworks (UI, API, integration & Data), performance, and security testing.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, consulting, and influence skills.
- Ability to translate business objectives into practical, executable quality strategies
