Job description
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with 5+ years of expertise and a technical Bachelor's degree to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD., Support the troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
Provide Tier 1 Help Desk support to customers
Identify problems and work to diagnose and resolve the issue
Conduct account management activities for users
Perform vulnerability scanning using provided security tools
Install and implement security patches to ensure the IT systems meet security standards.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of System Administration experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (ability to substitute years of experience)
IAT Level II certification (as mandated by DoD Directive 8140.01 & 8570-01-M)
Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
