COMPUTER SYSTEMS BUSINESS ANALYST (SAP)

This position performs as a business analyst in ESSP Customer Relations Management and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical thinkers. If you enjoy working on teams with computer systems and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

• Coordinating with business processes, technical team members, contract team members and outside agencies
• Analyzing existing and new business requirements to determine gaps and provide solutions.
• Developing system software testing strategies, scenarios, scripts, and results matrices.
• Performing problem/defect analysis and testing of system functionality.
• Preparing reports, presentations, issues, and options papers and gathering supporting documentation., * This position is not telework eligible.
• An alternative screening scoring matrix will be used to determine which applicants to interview.

• Two years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst, including facilitating information-gathering meetings, documenting business rules, creating business process or system flow diagrams, developing test scripts, and supporting system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Two years of experience in data collection and analysis to identify, assess, and resolve issues aimed at improving operational efficiency and management practices.
• Two years of experience communicating through various methods-such as written reports and presentations-to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Two years of experience working with Systems, Applications and Products (SAP).

PREFERENCES:

• Two years of Child Support Operational Experience.
• One year of experience preparing reports or option papers or presentations.
• Two years of experience working with SAP Business Warehouse and/or BW/4.
