Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet to streamline workflows and optimize processes. Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on project data and feedback. Coordinate resources effectively to balance competing priorities and achieve project goals. Ensure projects align with healthcare technology standards and organizational objectives.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, excels at managing multiple projects, fosters collaboration across departments, and delivers results in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in IT and healthcare operations to drive impactful project outcomes while building strong relationships with stakeholders., Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail. A minimum of 8 years of project management experience, including at least 4 years in IT within healthcare operations. Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Planner. Familiarity with healthcare technology systems like Epic, eCW, Cerner, Medgen, Methasoft, or Carelogic. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint. Proven ability to establish trust and credibility with executive stakeholders.
