Job description

Create technical content that is easily adopted and reusable by others, educating and sharing best practices through sample code, blog posts, presentations, and workshops. Build consensus across customer teams by clearly articulating concepts and strategies, harmonizing discordant views and leading resolution of contentious issues. Identify opportunities to accelerate solution adoption by componentizing solutions and leveraging existing reusable assets that can benefit the broader customer community.
A day in the life Your day begins with internal stakeholder meetings to align on customer priorities before joining customer calls to discuss technical architecture and solution options.
