Lead and execute project-based implementations, ensuring delivery of all phases of the project lifecycle.

Conduct requirement workshops, finalize solution design, and prepare blueprint documentation.

Perform system configuration, build, testing, and integration setup for EC, ECP, and S/4HANA.
-
Own and execute the integration implementation, including design, mapping, testing, and issue resolution.

Drive data migration throughout the project:

Data collection
-
Mapping
-
Mock loads
-
Data validation
-
Final cutover load
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Strong end to end project implementation experience in:
-
SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
-
Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
-
S/4HANA HR / Payroll related components
Proven experience implementing integrations between:
-
EC ECP
-
EC S/4HANA
-
ECP S/4HANA
-
Deep functional understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Time, and organizational structures.

Strong experience in data migration and conversion activities (mapping, transformation, validation).
-
Ability to interpret business processes and translate them into implementation-ready functional designs., Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
