Job description

  • Lead and execute project-based implementations, ensuring delivery of all phases of the project lifecycle.

  • Conduct requirement workshops, finalize solution design, and prepare blueprint documentation.

  • Perform system configuration, build, testing, and integration setup for EC, ECP, and S/4HANA.

  • Own and execute the integration implementation, including design, mapping, testing, and issue resolution.

  • Drive data migration throughout the project:

  • Data collection

  • Mapping

  • Mock loads

  • Data validation

  • Final cutover load

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Strong end to end project implementation experience in:

  • SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)

  • Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

  • S/4HANA HR / Payroll related components

Proven experience implementing integrations between:

  • EC ECP

  • EC S/4HANA

  • ECP S/4HANA

  • Deep functional understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Time, and organizational structures.

  • Strong experience in data migration and conversion activities (mapping, transformation, validation).

  • Ability to interpret business processes and translate them into implementation-ready functional designs., Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
