Job description
Should be strong in the two or above Functional areas below and Integrations: Functional Areas: Core HCM Mandatory/ HCM Security Roles & Responsibilities

Be part of design team for future roadmaps

Support projects execution and governance with the customer team.

Provide configuration support.

Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in handling Workday Core HCM/Security Configurations
-
Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary
-
Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Workday HCM Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support Core HCM modules . It entails detailed hands on technical and functional knowledge of workday and the domain . Ability to configure to specs , ability to facilitate requirements sessions as needed and a deep understanding of the best practices. Since none of these domains operate in isolation , the individuals needs to cross collaborate with other related work streams.

A leader with a sense of urgency and strong delivery focus

Workday certification in Core HCM is a must

Design, configure and support business requirements in WD Core HCM for AMS model
-
Conduct working sessions with clients to analyze business requirements and come up with solutions
-
Experience in Business Process setup

General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (mandatory Core HCM, Recruitment, Hire to Retire, Talent Management, Adaptive Planning)

Good understanding of Workday Security

Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday Core HCM modules
-
Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player

Expert-level experience in developing and maintaining solutions using Workday as a foundation

Experience in handling discovery sessions with the client, * Experience in Workday report is good to have

Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns.

Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Strong communication skills as would be required
to work directly with custome r/ end users

Strong technical design skills

Ability to work in agile kind of environment
with tight timelines Ability to handle teams working in multiple sites (onsite, offshore), Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
