Business Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Manager responsible for the operational and strategic support functions of financials for a large and growing technology organization. This role drives efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across financial processes., * Manage day-to-day business operations and administrative activities with respect to ensuring financial health across the organization

• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for accuracy and alignment with business goals
• Support resource allocation and SOW contracts
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements to improve productivity
• Develop and maintain documentation for workflows and best practices
• Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for decision-making

• Recent experience in a large and fast-paced technology organization doing financial management/business support management
• Expert with Excel including formulas and expert producing polished and engaging decks with PowerPoint
• Team player attitude and agile mindset as new responsibilities arise over time
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team coordination
• Strategic thinking and adaptability
