Product Management Support - Onsite

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Strategy and Planning
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Strategy and Planning challenges
• Build and maintain Confluence pages and GenAI product documentation
• Develop playbooks, SOPs, and process documentation
• Support governance, controls, and compliance documentation
• Create training materials and onboarding content for GenAI capabilities
• Standardize product management artifacts across initiatives
• Partner with Product, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure readiness

• 5+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• Experience with process and operating model documentation
• Proficiency with Confluence and collaboration tools
• Knowledge of technology enablement and governance frameworks
• Understanding of documentation standards and controls
• Exceptional written communication skills
• High attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to organize complex information clearly
• Strong collaboration and follow through
• Comfort operating in regulated environments
