Systems Engineer (Infrastructure) - Early Career

• Work with a team of engineers supporting Lockheed Martin RMS Infrastructure, Communications, & Network Engineering team to support multiple programs.
• Work in a collaborative Agile environment, contributing to the development and integration of products and features spanning the entire development lifecycle.
• Contribute to Operating Environment and network integration, test, and documentation. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Linux (preferably RedHat), scripting languages, and concepts of Cybersecurity.

Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Systems Engineering.

• Experience with Systems & Administration such as Unix or Linux.

• Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, Ansible, bash, or PowerShell.

• Experience on one team based project.

• Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Desired Skills:

• Experience with Network devices and their configuration.

• Experience with Testing and Quality Assurance.

• Familiarity with concepts of software containerization.

• Familiarity with concepts of Cybersecurity.

• Related certifications, such as Security+, Linux+, Cisco Certified Network Engineer, and Linux Foundation Certified IT Associate.

• Demonstrated strong teamwork, communication (both verbal and written), and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated motivation with strong initiative to accept new technical challenges in complex engineering tasks. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
