Job description
Senior AI Platform Engineer with proven hands-on experience deploying and operationalizing Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise in large organizations. This is not an advisory or design role - the resource must have direct implementation experience.
The opportunity:
· Lead end\u2011to\u2011end deployment, configuration, and administration of Claude Enterprise and/or ChatGPT Enterprise.
· Manage platform lifecycle activities including tenant setup, feature enablement, access policies, and user onboarding.
· Provide ongoing operational support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for enterprise AI platforms.
· Act as the primary technical owner for AI platform stability and readiness.
· Configure and manage Okta SSO and SCIM provisioning for enterprise AI platforms.
· Integrate CyberArk (or equivalent PAM tools) for privileged access management.
· Implement least\u2011privilege access models and administrative role controls.
· Align AI platform security with enterprise IAM and security architecture standards.

Requirements
· 8-12+ years of overall experience, with 1.5-3 years of direct, hands\u2011on ChatGPT Enterprise / Claude Enterprise deployment.
· Proven, hands\u2011on experience deploying Claude Enterprise and/or ChatGPT Enterprise in a production enterprise environment.
· Strong experience with enterprise SaaS platform administration.
· Hands\u2011on expertise in:
· Okta SSO configuration
· SCIM provisioning
· CyberArk or equivalent PAM solutions
· Splunk logging and monitoring
· Experience implementing security, audit, and compliance controls for regulated environments.
· Strong understanding of enterprise identity, access management, and security principles.
· Ability to work cross\u2011functionally with Security, IT, and Compliance teams.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below., Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
