Job description

This position is a hands-on Identity and Access Management (IAM) analyst focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM) responsible for overall technical design and development of an IAM implementation. The IAM analyst will work with the team to design and implement IAM workflows, software patches, system upgrades and day-to-day administration of the IAM software., * Lead and manage PAM technologies.

  • Provide technical expertise in threat/risk assessments related to privileged access.
  • Define, design, and implement strategies to protect against emerging threats using PAM tools.
  • Respond to security incidents as needed.
  • Perform security reviews on new PAM technologies and changes to existing technologies.
  • Design, implement, and maintain PAM solutions to secure privileged accounts, credentials, and sessions.
  • Configure and manage privileged account onboarding, password vaulting, rotation policies, and automated credential lifecycle management.
  • Integrate PAM platforms with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and IAM solutions to enforce least privilege and just-in-time access.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve PAM system issues, ensuring high availability, scalability, and compliance with security policies.
  • Implement session monitoring, recording, and auditing capabilities to support incident response and regulatory requirements.
  • Design & Implementation: Designing and deploying PAM solutions, including credential vaulting, session monitoring, and account rotation.
  • Policy & Governance: Developing and enforcing PAM policies, roles, and procedures to align with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Credential Management: Implement secure provisioning, deprovisioning, rotation, and storage of privileged account credentials.
  • Auditing & Monitoring: Conducting periodic reviews and audits of privileged access and implementing monitoring mechanisms for anomalies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Security or related technical field.
  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Security or related technical field
  • Strong familiarity with PAM capabilities, practices, and concepts
  • Hands-on technical individual, performing IT security functions and maintaining systems.
  • Work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership, technical teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster working relationships with the team, Management and Client departments.
