Job description

  • Installation/decommissioningof network and cabling infrastructure in a Data Center environment.
  • Deliversustainable and repeatable solutions and processes, always with an eye onimprovement.
  • Providestructured feedback on project progress to Stakeholders.
  • Exhibitquality workmanship on all work and maintain Data Center cleanliness.
  • Followall production, safety and quality standards, codes, and industry bestpractices.
  • Collaboratewith various Stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
  • Readingand comprehending blueprints and building documentation/redline work.
  • Broadunderstanding of Data Center infrastructure technologies.

What You'll Need:

  • Knowledgeand use of basic telecom hand tools.
  • Mustunderstand customer service.
  • Clearedunderstanding of job safety requirements.
  • Shouldbe familiar on wiring schemes and wiring test.
  • Reportsto Operations Manager and take daily directions from Technician, Technician II,Lead Technicians, Senior Technicians and Advance Senior Technicians.
  • Perform4 pair continuity testing
  • Pullall types of low voltage cable including copper telecom cable
  • Performingall types of copper field terminations
  • Installladder racking and seismic bracing
  • Patchnetwork equipment

  • InstallISP/OSP into cable enclosures (OSE), CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Field Service Engineer II position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Waters Field Service Engineer II is $110,000 position is annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly energetic, resultoriented, passionate, and hands-on team members with a desire to join a growingteam. The person should be self-starter, adaptable with attentive to detail andable to work with minimal supervision., * Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.

  • Prior experience with contract management including negotiations, accountability of contracts, etc.
  • GMP experience nice to have.
  • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
