Job description
The VP, Digital and AI - United States is responsible for scaling and strengthening Ensono's Digital and AI consulting capability in the US market, building on an existing foundation and accelerating its growth and impact.
Working in close partnership with our SVP of Digital and Consulting and global Digital and AI leadership, this role focuses on shaping offerings, expanding market adoption, and establishing consistent delivery and go-to-market execution. The role is highly client-facing and plays a key part in translating Ensono's global capabilities into meaningful outcomes for US clients., * Build on the existing Digital and AI consulting foundation in the US, scaling capabilities, offerings, and delivery capacity in line with global strategy.
- Partner closely with the SVP and global consulting leadership to align priorities, execution, and investment decisions.
- Help shape and evolve the US Digital and AI consulting portfolio, including application modernization, data and AI, and identity-led transformation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Industry, and Account leaders to expand pipeline, support strategic pursuits, and convert early success into repeatable growth.
- Act as a senior executive sponsor and trusted advisor to clients, engaging at C-suite level and strengthening Ensono's consulting credibility.
- Contribute to the development and adoption of operating models, delivery standards, and governance, aligned with Ensono's global consulting framework.
- Support the development and mentoring of consulting leaders and delivery teams, ensuring depth, consistency, and scalability as the practice grows.
- Provide ongoing market insight and client feedback to inform the continued evolution of Ensono's global Digital and AI consulting strategy.
Requirements
- Senior executive experience leading digital, AI, application, or enterprise technology initiatives within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Proven experience scaling consulting capabilities or practices, particularly in growth or expansion phases.
- Strong understanding of modern digital transformation, spanning applications, data & AI, and identity.
- Background in enterprise and legacy application modernization, including hybrid and regulated environments.
- Experience shaping go-to-market approaches and working in close partnership with sales organizations.
- Executive-level client leadership skills, with the ability to influence at C-suite and board level.
- Experience operating within global delivery and multi-geography models.
Preferred / Differentiating Experience
- Experience extending consulting offerings into adjacent areas such as AIOps, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled platforms.
- Familiarity with mainframe-adjacent or large-scale legacy environments within broader modernization programs.
- Exposure to advisory-led or strategy-to-execution engagements.
- Industry experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or public sector.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $190,000 to $225,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
