Job description
- Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications and integrations
- Install, configure, patch, and maintain middleware platforms and web servers
- Monitor application performance, server health, and messaging components
- Troubleshoot complex application and middleware issues and perform root cause analysis
- Deploy applications in clustered and multi-environment setups
- Support application integrations and document generation processes
- Ensure adherence to security standards and best practices
- Coordinate with development teams and external vendors for issue resolution
- Manage escalations and maintain SLA commitments
- Automate routine operational tasks and deployments where possible
Requirements
- Experience supporting middleware platforms (JBOSS and/or Oracle WebLogic)
- Strong knowledge of application deployment (WAR/EAR) and clustered environments
- Hands-on experience providing L2/L3 production support
- Solid understanding of JVM concepts and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with messaging systems (JMS queues and topics)
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and logging tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Desired Skills
- Experience with web servers such as IIS
- Exposure to document generation platforms or API integrations
- Knowledge of security protocols such as SSL/TLS
