Job description
- Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of guidance section integration activities in the lab, coordinating across multiple disciplines while maintaining alignment with the program's schedules and milestones.
- Create and/or modify documentation to support builds, including Consent to Build (CTB), Work Instructions, and Hardware Acceptance Reviews (HAR).
- Create and/or modify documentation to support reviews associated with formal testing, including Test Readiness Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.
- Support cross-disciplinary discussions to meet technical, schedule, and cost objectives. Provide leadership in task prioritization, resource needs, and risk management to ensure the successful delivery of program requirements.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with and managing requirements.
- Experience in the early development phases of complex subsystems: Integration and test
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines within engineering.

Proven experience in team leadership roles.

Demonstrated experience with hands-on work in laboratory environments.

Experience in guidance section-level integration in either development or production.

Experience with test equipment and/or test environments.

Experience with qualification testing.

Proficiency in risk management, including identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks.

Experience with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

Experience in collecting and evaluating data to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
