Job description
Looking for an IT support who will work closely with the supporting team to provide IT support to internal customers. This position is critical in building relationships and providing various IT support to employees. The incumbent will analyze and provide solutions to various IT issues in collaboration with HQ in Korea to ensure internal customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues., 1. IT system Operations
- Administrator for IT system such as ERP(SAP), SCM solution, WMS, Company Portal, etc
- Manage IT H/W and network such as network, local server, employee PCs including LA warehouse . Manage all Contract and cost related to IT infra . Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, and peripheral equipment. . Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues . Manage company networks and servers, detects and resolve issues. . Provide technical support and guidance to users . Evaluates system potential by testing compatibility of new programs with existing programs . Evaluates expansions or enhancements by studying work load and capacity of computer system
- Security Maintenance
- Backup applications and data
- Monitor network activity and ensure data is protected.
- Create and implement policy and procedure for identifying, recording and addressing security violation
- Maintains company confidence and protects operations
- Train and educate employees importance of the security maintenance
- Asset Management
- Fixed/other asset management log and periodic inspection
- IT/MIS related Reporting & Special Projects
- Provide IT/MIS related reports to upper management and HQ IT/MIS team as needed
- Initiate and/or assist special projects for sales and administration when needed
- Inside Sales Support
- Suggest and guide for Sales Process in aspects of ERP(SAP)
Requirements
? 3+ Experience for ERP(SAP experience preferred) or SCM solution ? Proficient skill to use MS office. ? Some travel required (10-25%). ? Perform other duties as related to the job function as required. ? A Bachelor's Degree ? 3+ years of experience in IT desktop help & IT support ? Korean Language Preferred ? Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure ? Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to, drug testing, reference verification and background check ? Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
