IT Support Specialist

IT Support to Warehouses o PC and RF Support to Distribution Network o Maintains IP network for DCs o Supports administration of phone systems o Installs, repairs and maintains printers and peripherals for DCs o Installs new computers and software o Installs / Repairs network cables and network devices o Assists users with any IT related request o Repairs and installs cameras for CCTV o Works on Access control equipment o Travels to different warehouses to perform above mentioned tasks

o Bachelor degree in IT related field o 2 years of experience in warehouse environment o Technical Management, Technical Understanding, Problem Solving, o Strong knowledge in: Office, Network (cisco) devices (switches, routers, AP), RF scan guns, BarTender. o Knowledge in repair for Zebra printers, IBM printers, HP Laser printers. o Knowledge in phone system maintenance and installation o Knowledge in CCTV, access control and burglar equipment o Must be able to use computer keyboard & move around office. o Good written and oral communication skills in English o Valid driver's license & passport. o Be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed. o Able to lift up to 50lbs o Able to drive scissor lifts, Genie booms
