The Project Manager (Non-IT) - Junior will serve as a Hardware Program Management Assistant responsible for supporting prototype board manufacturing, procurement, and distribution processes. This Project Manager (Non-IT) - Junior role focuses on ensuring execution schedules are met across APU, CPU, and GPU programs while maintaining alignment with internal teams. The Project Manager (Non-IT) - Junior will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage hardware supply and demand data, and communicate program status, risks, and updates. This Project Manager (Non-IT) - Junior will also contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and execution quality. The Project Manager (Non-IT) - Junior is expected to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. We are seeking a Project Manager (Non-IT) - Junior to join our team. This role will involve supporting hardware program execution, coordinating prototype production, and ensuring timely delivery of hardware components. The ideal candidate will have experience in program coordination, supply chain tracking, stakeholder communication, and data management, along with a passion for working in the computing and hardware development space., 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or hardware operations Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management experience Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams Experience working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities Preferred Skills: Experience in the computing or hardware industry (APU/CPU/GPU programs) Hands-on experience with tools such as Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI Exposure to supply chain, procurement, or hardware lifecycle processes Academic Credentials: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (2+ years degree preferred) OR Equivalent 2+ years of Project Management Assistant (PMA) experience Why Join Us?
