Software Team Lead

• Own DO-178 processes including requirements, verification, and certification
• Provide technical leadership to a junior-heavy team
• Drive architecture, development standards, and execution timelines
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware and production teams

6+ years embedded software experience - Proven expertise in DO-178 (required) - Strong C programming in embedded/microcontroller environments - Background in aerospace or similar regulated industries - Ability to lead technically in a hands-on environment
