User Experience Specialist

We are targeting a UX professional with deep experience translating complex processes into simple, user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in UX design, content strategy, and usability testing, with experience working closely with IT and business stakeholders in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Experience in regulated, healthcare, credentialing, or non-profit settings is highly preferred., * 8+ years of experience in UX design, content, or digital experience.

• Experience with UX research usability testing, and analytics
• Strong UX writing skills & ability to simplify complex workflows
• Adobe creative suite, healthcare/medical, email platform experience preferred.
• Must be local to the Minneapolis area (hybrid work in the East Metro)
