Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join our team in supporting strategic weapon system and subsystem technical design solutions for our Advanced Programs. As a Systems Engineer IV, you will perform a variety of assignments including requirements analysis, architecture design, integration, and test. A strong candidate will possess at least 10 years' experience in a Systems Engineering role. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the design, planning, execution, and test and evaluation aspects of advanced programs, ensuring that all technical requirements are met.
Requirements

Participate in overall requirements traceability, system architecture definition, interface management, and risk management for assigned subsystem

Conduct system modeling, define concepts of operations, and manage requirements in support of system design

Develop subsystem and component manufacturing specifications across the system including verification plans

Generate subsystem and component test requirements and work with test team to plan, execute, and evaluate test events

Address Engineering Lifecycle requirements from development to manufacturing to fielding and operational support

Participate in integration efforts at the subsystem and system level and support higher level program integration efforts

Contribute to milestone technical reviews and generate required design documentation

Familiarity with IBM DOORS and No Magic Cameo highly desired

10 years of related experience

Education Requirements: BS degree in systems, mechanical, or electrical engineering, MS in Systems Engineering a plus

Familiarity with DoD major acquisition program processes and requirements.

Ability to travel 25% of the time

Active security clearance required, eligibility for SAP clearance is required
Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in engineering or related field.

DoD test and evaluation certifications and experience.

Experience with systems engineering, integration, test and evaluation.

In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is
$146,500 - $224,500 per year.
