  • Design Mentorship: Act as the "North Star" for the broader integration team, providing architectural guidance, code reviews, and design patterns that others can follow.
  • SAP Functional Alignment: Leverage your understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI) to ensure that technical integrations respect business logic and standard SAP best practices.

  • API & AI Connectivity: Minimum 2-5 years of experience performing API Management using IS and Open Connectors, specifically focused on building secure, high-performance APIs that enable AI/ML model consumption and data orchestration.
  • Basic Fluency with agentic coding using tools like cursor, claude code or joule for coding
  • Legacy Migration & Modernization: Minimum 2 years of experience in migrating complex interfaces from legacy systems (PI/PO, Mulesoft, or Dell Boomi) to SAP Integration Suite, ensuring "AI-ready" data structures during the transition.
  • Cross-Platform Ecosystems: Minimum 2 years of experience developing and configuring IS and Open Connectors between SAP and non-SAP environments (e.g., Salesforce, Vector Databases, or Hyperscaler AI services).
  • Hybrid Landscape Mastery: Minimum 2 years of experience in middleware setup and optimization for both SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems, including Cloud Connector configuration and Principal Propagation.
  • SAP Functional Integration: Demonstrated experience (2+ years) working with SAP Functional modules (SD, MM, FI, or PP) to ensure integration logic aligns with core business processes and data schemas.
  • Technical Leadership (Hands-on): Proven ability to lead the architectural design of integration patterns, providing mentorship and best-practice frameworks to the broader team while remaining 100% active in code development.
