Job description
We are looking for someone that can coordinate and setup appointment times for inbound and outbound shipments from our corporate facility. This role will be responsible for contacting customers and determining the delivery schedule that will allow us to fulfill our goals of delivering on time and in full. You will be working within our SAP/C3 system and will be interacting with multiple TMS programs on a daily basis., * Interact with Retailer transportation teams
- Perform SAP WM, EWM and Open Dock transactions
- Manage transactions in customer TMS portals to route outbound shipments
- Manage transactions in internal TMS system and open dock
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) - On-Time Ship and Customer Compliance
- Manage routines between assigned DC's and customers
- Comply with World Class and Culture Management Standards ( WCCO)
- Work daily with Scotts assigned Distribution Centers to achieve shipping goals
Requirements
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Google)
- Basic understanding of distribution, transportation, and freight routing
- Be able to prioritize multiple daily tasks with changing priorities and needs
- SAP, TMS, and Open Dock experience a plus, * Bachelor's Degree - Engineering, supply chain management, operations, finance or other related degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Experience - 0 - 2 Years Minimum 1+ year experience in an administrative, analytical, or customer service role, preferred
Benefits & conditions
The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $59,700.00 - $70,200.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.For remote roles where the final candidate resides in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon or Washington, state required pay thresholds will be factored into base salary., $59700 - $70200 USD per year
