Network Engineer (Level 1)

• Provide daily operational network support
• Perform basic troubleshooting and configuration tasks
• Support routine maintenance and documentation updates
• Escalate issues appropriately while continuing to build technical expertise
• Assist with project work, including network staging/build and field deployments

We are seeking a motivated Network Engineer I to support daily network operations and contribute to upcoming project work. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in networking who is looking to expand their skill set and grow into a Level II engineering position. You will gain hands-on experience across both operational support and project-based work in a collaborative environment., * Understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing basics, firewall fundamentals)

• Experience with access layer switch configuration, port troubleshooting, and basic connectivity issues
• Comfortable working within ticketing and change management systems
• Ability to follow established procedures with a strong willingness to learn
• Strong motivation, reliability, and communication skills
