We're looking for a Senior Manager, Solutions Architects to lead a team of SAs who help customers build, launch, and grow with Webflow by providing technical guidance, best practices, and solutions that demonstrate a deep understanding of customers' business needs, technical needs, Webflow's product, and trends in the industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional team members to uncover and unblock opportunities that allow customers to maximize their business value from Webflow, driving product and feature adoption and influencing product direction on their behalf.

As a Senior Manager, Solutions Architects you'll …
- Lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects, driving Webflow adoption and expansion through strategic guidance and strong technical partnerships
- Coach and develop Solutions Architect ICs, helping them grow their technical expertise, customer engagement skills, and ability to deliver impactful solutions at scale
- Continue to refine the operating model for the post-sales technical journey, improving implementation guidance, launch motions, expansion plays, and customer enablement processes to drive sustained success
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to identify friction points, advocate for customer needs, and accelerate product adoption
- Build repeatable playbooks and scalable processes that increase team effectiveness and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality technical guidance
- Engage directly in complex customer conversations and escalations, providing the technical expertise to help unblock key customer initiatives
- Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture centered on continuous growth, customer obsession, and psychological safety
- Support recruiting efforts to attract and retain strong technical talent, contributing to a diverse, global, and capable Solutions Architecture team
- Guide Solutions Architects on how to engage effectively in complex pre-sales opportunities and helping them navigate technical discovery, communicate tradeoffs, and deliver confident, strategic recommendations
- Enable your team to lead customer workshops and discovery sessions that accelerate solution validation, reduce implementation risk, and build trusted relationships in Webflow's capabilities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading technical post-sales teams (e.g. Solutions Architecture, Implementation, Sales Engineering) in SaaS or platform environments, with a track record of developing strong individual contributors
- Bring deep technical domain expertise in modern web infrastructure, front-end development standards, and enterprise-scale platform adoption strategies, with a proven track record of influencing product and engineering roadmaps
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
