Job description
We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to drive strategic design initiatives and lead the creation of a scalable, global design system. This role goes beyond execution and requires strong architectural thinking, stakeholder engagement, and AI-driven UX innovation. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into impactful design strategies while ensuring WCAG compliance, strong information architecture, and performance-focused design solutions. This engagement requires more than design execution. It demands strategic leadership, architectural thinking, and AI-driven innovation to build scalable, accessible, and high-performing user experiences. The Lead UX Designer will play a critical role in shaping the global design ecosystem and accelerating design velocity through AI adoption., * Lead stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to understand business objectives and user needs
- Translate business goals into a clear and scalable UX strategy and design vision
- Design and implement a global design system aligned with enterprise standards
- Solve complex information architecture (IA) and usability challenges
- Ensure WCAG accessibility compliance across digital experiences
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams on performance hardening and scalable design solutions
- Advocate and implement AI-enabled UX workflows to improve design velocity and efficiency
- Leverage Figma AI capabilities and other AI tools to accelerate design processes
- Train and mentor team members on AI-driven UX tools and best practices
- Drive innovation and introduce modern UX methodologies and emerging technologies
- Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with enterprise-grade standards
Requirements
- Strong experience in UX Design Leadership
- Proven experience in AI-enabled UX design
- Hands-on expertise with Figma and Figma AI capabilities
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate design workflows
- Ability to teach and mentor teams on AI-driven UX tools
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and design strategy
- Expertise in Information Architecture and Design Systems
- Experience ensuring WCAG accessibility compliance
- Strong collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams
- Experience working in enterprise or large-scale digital environments
Nice to Have
- Experience in global design systems and enterprise platforms
- Exposure to performance optimization in UX
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing engagements
- Knowledge of design operations and scalable UX frameworks
