Job description
We are seeking an experienced Actimize Developer / Technical Lead to support Risk Mitigation initiatives, including the NAF Phase II project and 2026 New Account Fraud programs. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, and candidates must be open to converting to a full-time PNC employee if selected.
About the Team

- Replacement for existing contractor, * Align business strategy with scalable software solutions.
- Design, develop, and code solutions for complex fraud and risk management needs.
- Lead complex problem-solving efforts and technical troubleshooting.
- Oversee technical and procedural documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Apply modern development methodologies, tools, and principles to enhance business capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Actimize IFM-x 10.1
- Actimize AIS 4.32 / 4.34
- Actimize RCM 4.15
- Oracle 19c
- Linux (RHEL 8.x)
- Apache 8 / 9.x
- Java (working knowledge required)
Requirements
- Strong experience in Actimize implementations within financial services.
- Experience supporting fraud detection and risk mitigation platforms.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment., * Experience in banking or financial services industry.
- Prior experience in fraud or anti-money laundering (AML) initiatives.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations.
