Systems and Data Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Systems and Data Analyst that will be supporting one of our top clients in the Sacramento area. The Systems and Data Analyst supports deployment and ongoing use of the FitUp platform for the Activation project. The role manages system data, ensures data quality and governance, supports user adoption through training, and maintains dashboards tracking activation readiness and progress. Serving as the primary FitUp point of contact, the analyst coordinates across internal teams and interfaces with the software vendor (FreightTrain) to ensure accurate data, effective system use, and clear reporting for leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3-7 years of experience in a Project Analyst, Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Program Support role.

o Experience managing data systems, dashboards, or reporting tools supporting complex projects.

o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools.

o Experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders in a project environment.

o Experience building dashboards or visual reporting tools.

o Familiarity with data governance practices and data quality management. * Experience supporting healthcare activation, transition planning, or large capital projects.

• Experience implementing or supporting operational software platforms.

$32/hr to $35/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
