Working with the breadth of resources available across the airline, the Global Network Planning Operations Integrations team is responsible for creating strategies and scenarios that promote the operational and commercial success of United. This role will be responsible for supporting operational criteria portfolio management, the implementation of commercial and operational schedule strategies, and current and future schedule timelines. The position will be part of a team operating as points of contact for several groups across the company including United Express, Hub station leadership, and Operations focused teams, ensuring alignment on schedule requirements, capabilities, and future strategies., * Build strategic scenarios reflecting operational and commercial initiatives encompassing infrastructure, schedule integrity, and air and ground operations support
- Provide complex and in-depth analysis and recommendations that incorporate variables supporting how our growing fleet and network are allocated and utilized in the current and future infrastructure of our hubs
- Interpret, communicate, and collaborate on key network schedule details to internal and external stakeholders and align schedule criteria within Network Planning
- Develop and monitor key metrics and management of operations criteria, that includes standards for gating, ground operations, and scheduling for a portfolio of hubs and spokes
- Effectively work cross-functionally among groups with varied interests and objectives
- Meet frequent deadlines supporting the network schedule development process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Complex problem solving through independent critical thinking
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in, or a foundational knowledge of, airline or airport operations
- Experience in, or an understanding of, airline Network Planning and Scheduling
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The base pay range for this role is $81,795.00 to $106,602.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
