Job description
As a Facets Configuration Analyst , you will make an impact by configuring, maintaining, and optimizing key Facets components that support accurate provider reimbursement, benefit administration, and automated claims processing. You will be a valued member of our Healthcare Operations & Configuration team, collaborating closely with business partners and technical teams to deliver high-quality configuration solutions that enhance efficiency and support regulatory program needs., * Configure provider reimbursement, dental benefit packages, and GCP (Group, Class, Plan) setups and maintain ongoing updates.
- Analyze business requirements and perform data mining to configure NetworX Qualifier Groups and pricing rules that automate and improve claims processing turnaround.
- Troubleshoot and resolve claim pend issues, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate fixes or workarounds.
- Perform Facets configuration for new implementations, including groups, classes, plans, products, and pricing.
- Ensure configuration accuracy by validating backend setups using SQL queries and supporting defect resolution.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Facets configuration experience .
- Ability to create and maintain Group, Class, Plan, Product, Provider Contract, Pricing, Benefits, Service Groups, Fee Tables, and related workflows.
- Experience with backend analysis using SQL to validate configuration and support claims processing.
- Working knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare program requirements.
- Experience troubleshooting configuration-related claim issues and resolving pends.
These will help you stand out:
- Experience with dental configuration within Facets.
- Strong understanding of NetworX pricing and qualifier configurations.
- Background supporting multiple lines of business, including both Medicare and Medicaid .

Benefits & conditions
The annual salary for this position is in the range of $77K-$90K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
