Job description
- Responsible for the analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing, and documentation in the development and maintenance of critical applications
- Accountable for full systems development life cycle including system architecture documents; technical design documents, release management guide, deployment plan documents, and other technical artifacts
- Prepare SQL scripts for modifying and maintaining data.
- Write optimized queries, views for integration with other applications
- Document and maintain code using change control software
- Support cross-functional projects and integrated business solutions to enhance stakeholder capabilities and efficiencies
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage projects, create statement of work and communicate progress on goals to both technical and non-technical groups
- Adhere to established policy and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or relevant work experience
- 8+ years of experience programming in a team environment
- Strong working knowledge and experience in programming with Oracle and Java/J2EE technologies
- Ability to design SQL databases given applications demands and data models
- Working knowledge and experience of application servers, ideally WebLogic and AWS
- Proven ability to write well-designed, efficient, and testable code
- Experience supporting a test-driven development culture
- Knowledge and experience working with information and security architectures
- Experience programming in Agile methodologies

Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
