Job description
Kforce has a client in need of a Cloud Engineer in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and maintain the IDP platform across a multi-agency cloud environment
- Build and optimize document classification, extraction, validation, and processing workflows
- Configure and manage sub-tenant environments with proper security, permissions, and data segregation
- Monitor system performance, accuracy, and throughput; proactively identify and resolve issues
- Enforce architectural standards, templates, and design patterns across agency implementations
- Design and support integrations with downstream applications, databases, and repositories
- Coordinate platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities
- Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and platform optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in an IDP or Cloud Engineer role
- Hands-on experience configuring document workflows, classification, and data extraction
- Experience supporting multi-tenant or multi-organization cloud environments
- Strong scripting or development skills for workflow customization
- Experience integrating cloud platforms with enterprise systems and applications
- Familiarity with security and compliance requirements, including HIPAA
- Ability to train, mentor, and support non-technical administrators
- Strong communication and documentation skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
