Software Engineer/Software Engineer for ECommerce (Closed)

The Junior Software engineer/Software engineer for eCommerce are responsible for the coding, design and layout of a website according to a company's specifications. As the role takes into consideration user experience and function, a certain level of both user interface design and computer programming is necessary. Once a website has been created, the Junior Software engineer/Software engineer will generally assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the website.

Responsibilities · Maintain and implement changes and fixes to our ecommerce/marketing web sites. · Revamp the websites · Integration with websites and ERP System · Monitor the day to day performance of the e-commerce platform, and associated integrations, to ensure that speed and uptime are maintained at optimal levels at all times · Working with our ecommerce team monitor and optimize organic search traffic through ongoing site and technical audits & keyword research · Identify growth opportunities in site infrastructure, on-page optimization and site speed

· B.S or M.S. in Computer Science. · Experience with object-oriented design · Experienced working with MySQL & SQL databases · Experienced working with ecommerce platforms · Experience in cross browser testing · Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with cross functional teams · Adept at learning new technology, systems and functionality · The ability and drive to research and solve problems · For Junior Software Engineer ----1~3 years of professional non-internship experience with front end, web or mobile software development using CSS, HTML/HTML5, PHP, jQuery, JavaScript ----1~3 years of hands-on experience working with and building highly responsive and highly scalable web applications and front ends. · For Software Engineer ----4~6 years of professional non-internship experience with front end, web or mobile software development using CSS, HTML/HTML5, PHP, jQuery, JavaScript ----4~6 years of hands-on experience working with and building highly responsive and highly scalable web applications and front ends.

Preferred Qualifications · At least 2 years' experience of working with Magento, customizing and enhancing web stores, creating module, ideally in a Magento Cloud environment · Experience working with internal and third-party Open APIs Knowledge · Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices performing keyword research, On-page optimization and link building · Working knowledge of SEO tools (SEMRush, Moz, Google Search Console, etc.) ? and the ability to execute the findings of those tools · Language: Korean / English
