Job description
- The eCommerce Marketing Specialist is a creative, outside-the-box, tactical thinker, who assists with the execution of online organic seo marketing strategy, including website and landing page editing and maintenance, tracking and interpretation of online analytics, generation of digital marketing content. The eCommerce Marketing Specialist will support the marketing and sales team in developing and executing its omni-channel digital marketing plan.
- The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in supporting marketing efforts in a marketing coordinator or similar role, and will be a team player with excellent organization skills, excellent communication skills, great interpersonal skills, superb time management skills, and a can-do attitude. Having experience in copywriting and/or editing professional digital marketing content in the English language is a huge plus.
- The eCommerce Marketing Specialist will also assist with events and across departments as needed., * ? Collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate and execute regular content updates to the Univera website. (Magento experience a plus)
- ? Work with third party agencies to develop creative content, and work with the marketing team to edit the content, as needed, prior to publication
- ? Assist in the implementation of internet marketing strategies; lead and contribute to improvements in processes for internet marketing, reporting and analysis.
- ? Work with key stakeholders to coordinate content updates to the Univera website using the content management system; develop easy-to-use, clear, concise, comprehensible content.
- ? Assist in the execution, management and tracking of various web marketing programs.
- ? Collaboratively work with design and IT teams.
- ? Lead SEO efforts to drive traffic to website; ensuring content appears high in search rankings.
- o Create monthly reports to show the growth of the organic search channel
- o Implement SEO best practices onto the website.
- o Be able to create and implement onsite SEO strategy.
- o Be able to create and implement offsite SEO strategy.
- ? Comply with regulations and standards, and protect the organization's public reputation.
- ? Perform other miscellaneous duties as needed.

Requirements
- ? Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience across major social media platforms, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ? Deep interest and knowledge in blogs and social media/content marketing.
- ? Proficient in CMS usage; preferably Magento.
- ? Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- ? Proven written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional organizational skills.
- ? Strong ability to do effective research on a variety of topics
- ? Strong interpersonal and team-player skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
- ? Positive attitude, ability to self-direct and manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- ? Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
