Job description
We are partnering with an innovative technology company in the autonomous vehicle (AV) space as they transition from R&D to commercial service launch. They are seeking experienced AI/ML Engineers to help design and develop intelligent systems powered by large language models (LLMs) and modern machine learning frameworks. This role will focus on building AI agents, conversational interfaces, and retrieval-augmented applications that power real-world products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of generative AI, machine learning, and emerging mobility technology., * Design and develop AI agents and autonomous systems capable of executing complex tasks and decision-making workflows.
- Build conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and voice-based customer service applications.
- Develop AI-powered integrations across platforms, services, and internal applications.
- Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval strategies.
- Implement and optimize machine learning models using PyTorch.
- Evaluate and deploy large language models while balancing performance, latency, cost, and user experience.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning development
- Strong Python programming experience for AI/ML applications
- Experience working with PyTorch or similar ML frameworks
- Understanding of transformer architectures and modern LLM capabilities
- Hands-on experience building or integrating AI-powered applications
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, including vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering
- Familiarity with leading LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Meta
- Experience building chatbots, conversational systems, or AI agents
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar)
- Full-stack development experience
- Kotlin programming experience
- Experience building microservices architectures
- Familiarity with REST APIs, gRPC, or Kafka
- Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
