Web Master / IT Specialist

• We are looking for a skilled webmaster / IT Specialist to manage our organization's web and
• IT presence. The webmaster will be responsible for maintaining servers and ensuring
• websites are functional, user-friendly, visually pleasing, fixing website errors and creating a
• response plan for down servers and running tests to make sure designs or updates function
• properly and up-to-date. To be successful as a webmaster you should be able to work well in
• a team, collaborating with managers, designers, writers, etc.
• As an exceptional webmaster, you should have excellent technical skills and a good understanding of creative online marketing, * Managing and monitoring website and server performance
• Building and testing aesthetic, functional, and user-friendly websites
• Coordinating with designers, content providers, and management or business owners
• Implementing and ensuring website security and data protection
• Maintaining, updating, uploading and optimizing website and servers
• Conduct A/B tests and other performance measures
• Updating website content and reviewing SEO
• Addressing and responding to user comments and complaints
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
• Installing new software and hardware components
• Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands
• Assisting with network administration tasks
• Ensuring data storage is safe and secure
• Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network

• Proven working experience in web programming
• Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
• Working Knowledge of programming languages and operating systems
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques
• Knowledge of IT skills and IT security
