Job description
- Tasks Performed on the Job :
- o Administer and manage the Branch's information assets and IT-related tools & equipment
- o Provide direct/indirect assistance in IT troubleshoot
- o Perform backup procedures on a daily basis to ensure recovery of business operations during an emergency
- o Coordinate IT-related education & training programs to promote performance and security
- o Establish and maintain steady business relationship with IT service vendors
- o Communicate with the Head Office upon necessity
Requirements
- o Experience with Windows Server, Unix, Virtual Machine, SQL, and/or RDBMS
- o Experience in evaluating and implementing NIST, FFIEC, and/or ISO framework compliance
- o Strong verbal and written communication skills
- o Excellent interpersonal skills
- o Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus, * Education :
- o A Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering)
- o Professional certification is a plus
