? Implement an optimal SAP B1 configuration to maximize system performance and availability ? Develop and tune SQL queries to ensure optimal system performance ? Administer the Microsoft SQL Database (plan and perform database upgrades, apply database maintenance, design and maintain physical database layout, perform database reorganizations, design and implement backup and restore strategy, maintain database security, administer database performance, manage database storage, database problem determination and resolution) Respond to and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues. ? Provide custom development when appropriate including user defined fields, tables and objects as well as integrations to other key systems ? Analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems. ? Assist in maintaining IT hardware inventory. ? Assist in documenting internal support processes and procedures ? Assist in physical moves of computer equipment. ? Update company portals. ? Other duties as assigned

We are looking for self-motivated individual to take on new challenges and help support the company through their knowledge and specialized skills to implement technical solutions and provide quality support. Job duties will include database maintenance, upgrades, SQL queries, Crystal Reports, SAP and Server components troubleshooting., ? 1+ years of SQLServer Administration experience ? General knowledge of JavaScript and REST APIs ? Strong understanding of a programming language used to build integrations using C#/.NET, Javascript or PHP ? Knowledge of Shopify, Salesforce and SAP B1 is desirable ? Strong Crystal report development experience. Experience developing integrations, customizations, and integrating extensions ? Experience with PHP/Bootstrap/MySQL is a plus. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills across both business and technical audiences
