Knowledge of data science best practices including when to use which model

Reporting and Analytics Professionals:

Strong Spark SQL knowledge

Strong Power BI knowledge

Strong visualization skills and communication skills

Ability to interpret ambiguous requirements from non-technical requestors

Continued iteration and support for existing data science solutions (CQR, ATX Incidents, Onboarding Incidents, etc.)

Design, build, implement chat bot across Next Gen ServiceNow Data Store

Identify high value data science projects (knowledge, incident, etc.) and deliver on those

Monitoring accuracy and precision of data science solutions

Enable users, both technical and non-technical, to use a chatbot to gather insights on the data store
