Job description

  • Perform prompt engineering and prompt governance, ensuring consistency and managing bias and hallucinations in AI outputs
  • Build and deploy agents, bots, and automation workflows to support routine operational tasks
  • Work with existing models (provided) and apply them effectively within use cases
  • Extract data from multiple sources and platforms using APIs
  • Scrape, synthesize, and normalize data from various systems
  • Analyze data across systems to identify correlations within specific timeframes
  • Generate concise outputs, reports, or notifications based on data insights
  • Build or support interactive dashboards for operational insights

Develop solutions that can:

  • Detect patterns across multiple data points
  • Indicate when an issue is likely to occur
  • Reference previous incidents and resolutions
  • Implement fail-safes and validation approaches when models produce inaccurate or unreliable outputs

Support analysis use cases by working with data to produce metrics such as:

  • MTTR
  • Detection time

Requirements

  • Experience with prompt engineering, including handling hallucination, bias, and consistency
  • Development experience with ability to build agents, bots, and automation solutions
  • Strong experience working with APIs and data extraction across platforms
  • Experience with data scraping, normalization, and synthesis
  • Ability to analyze and correlate data across multiple sources
  • Experience with Python
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis libraries (e.g., NumPy)

Experience working within or supporting an ITSM model:

  • Incident management
  • Problem management
  • Root cause analysis

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
