Job description
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Java, AWS, and Spring Boot.
- Work collaboratively with a team of software engineers to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any software-related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new and emerging technologies in the software engineering field.
- Comply with all federal and government regulations and standards.
- Lead the development and execution of system tests to validate software functionality and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide software solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development or a related role.
- Proven experience with Java, AWS, Spring Boot, Quarkus, Maven, Git/GitLab, Playwright, and Terraform/OpenTofu.
- Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience working on federal or government projects is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the LCAT system is preferred.
