Mainframe Developer (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Mainframe Developer to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday., * Code assignments will follow a structured Waterfall methodology, with clear requirements and defined handoff points

• Complete thorough unit testing of their own work before transitioning it to the dedicated systems testing team
• Debug issues, conduct successful code walkthroughs, and manage code migrations through all environments up to production

• 6 years of application development, systems testing, or other job-related experience
• Experience with:

• COBOL
• Mainframe
• Insurance claims
• Batch applications

• Experience with APS, NDVR, debugging tools, and batch tools nice to have
• Strong organizational skills and follow through
• Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly, * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or other job-related degree
