IT Program Manager (Hybrid)

We're hiring am IT Program Manager to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday., * Manage and update the program schedule in Microsoft Project, ensuring task dependencies, resource allocations, milestone progress, and critical path impacts are accurately maintained

• Facilitate program ceremonies and team syncs through Microsoft Teams, capturing key actions, decisions, and risks while keeping business and IT stakeholders aligned
• Maintain essential program documentation in SharePoint, including status reports, intake materials, and governance artifacts
• Refresh and validate Power BI dashboards to provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, KPIs, budget performance, timelines, and risk indicators

• 7 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity, including 4 years leading multiple concurrent project teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in coordinating workflow activities and monitoring change requests, * Bachelor's degree or 4 years of job-related work experience or 2 years of job- related experience plus an Associate degree in any major
