Job description
- Responsible for producing different reports that range in audience from associates to board.
- Responsible for taking in data from multiple sources (primarily service now) and Data feeding into tableau to produce reports to show production stability of organizations environment.
- Strong Data Analysis and Data science skills (Some experience with ML/AI/NLP etc..) needed here.
- Specifically - data analysis breakdowns to identify trends/produce reports showing reports or drop rates, looking at groups of data and basic metrics- mean median mode, average, trend line, growth /drop rates.
Requirements
- Tableau experience is needed here for creating various dashboards.
- Need Advanced Excel, Office 365, and PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Jira/Confluence and SharePoint experience is needed here.
- PowerApps experience would be a plus.
- Communication is key, needs to be able to explain and present data in an understandable way.
- ITIL/Change Management/Problem Management experience is needed here.
- Understand the metrics that are produced and gather requirements from stakeholders.
- Any Project Management/Scrum master work experience or related certification would be a huge plus PMP/CSM/PSM/SSM etc.
- Should have minimum 3-5 years of related work experience.
