Senior Software Engineer

• Lead the development of high-impact, user-facing product features using React and Next.js within a fast-moving agile environment.
• Design and build scalable backend APIs using Node.js and NestJS that power clinical and operational workflows.
• Translate product and design concepts into polished, performant applications with strong UX and system integrity.
• Contribute to backend API architecture and data-integrated systems that connect with ETL pipelines (Snowflake, Airflow) and AI-driven services.

• 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience with strong frontend depth.
• Advanced proficiency in React and Next.js, with a strong eye for product design and user experience.
• Proven experience building RESTful APIs using Node.js and NestJS in production environments.
• Strong understanding of scalable system design, API architecture, and frontend/backend integration patterns.
• Experience working in fast-paced, product-led environments where engineers are expected to think critically about UX and feature design.
