Tekberry is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery efforts across multiple teams for our client, a global leader in automotive technology and digital innovation. This role focuses on coaching teams at scale, driving Agile maturity, and enabling predictable, high-quality delivery across complex enterprise environments. The Senior Scrum Master will play a critical role in cross-team coordination, Agile transformation, and advanced delivery optimization using both Scrum and Kanban frameworks. Requirements
Communicate risks, trade-offs, and delivery progress to leadership Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred) Experience leading Agile delivery across multiple teams Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder communication skills Proven ability to drive delivery outcomes in complex environments Bachelor's degree preferred Must be local to Atlanta and able to work onsite Preferred Qualifications Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) Experience with Agile transformation initiatives Experience in enterprise-scale product or platform teams Work Environment
