  • Guide and mentor the team in adopting Scrum practices to boost productivity and collaboration.
  • Strategize and implement Scrum processes across the organization to optimize project outcomes.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and team members to ensure seamless product development.
  • Advise on changes that enhance the Scrum team's efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the Product Owner in prioritizing the Product Backlog to maximize value delivery.
  • Organize and lead Scrum events to foster team engagement and progress.
  • Encourage self-organization and cross-functional teamwork within the development team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical project management with a focus on agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and its application in project management.
  • Expertise in SAFe Agile Methodology to drive project success.
  • Knowledge of cyber security practices to ensure project integrity.
  • Proficiency in information security to safeguard project data.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in coaching teams for agile transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to facilitate productive Scrum events and workshops.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between stakeholders and team members.
