Job description
Our client in the investment/financial space is looking for an admin/developer to handle the day-to-day management and enhancement of our business systems-primarily Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Excel-based tools. You'll also build internal web-based tools like calculators and dashboards for our sales and partner teams. This isn't a help desk role; you'll be building automations, designing workflows, and solving real operational problems. You will also build internal web tools-offer calculators, APR calculators, partner-facing utilities. This role pays $110-140k with full benefits paid and unlimited PTO.
Requirements
Must Haves: · 2-5 years of experience building and maintaining Salesforce flows, validation rules, formula fields, and custom objects · Create and troubleshoot Google Apps Script automations for commission tracking and reporting · Develop Excel-based tools for funding ledgers, ISO tracking, and data analysis · Manage data integrity across systems-deduplication, migration, cross-referencing · Support integrations between Salesforce, Google Drive, LendSaas, and other platforms · Generate reports and dashboards for leadership and sales team · Strong Salesforce administration experience (Flow Builder is essential) · Proficiency in Google Sheets and Apps Script and advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation) Ability to build functional internal tools and calculators (React or vanilla JS)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses: · Familiarity with MCA/alternative lending operations · Experience with API integrations or back-end scripting (Python, Node.js) · Monday.com or similar project management tools · Understanding of financial calculations (APR, payment schedules, Reg Z compliance) · Financial services or lending experience is a plus, not required Experience with Front-end web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
